These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dropthatbag.com and any services provided by DTB Holdings. By accessing our website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Drop That Bag is a B2B sourcing and OEM manufacturing platform that enables content creators to source trending handbags and launch private label bag brands. Our services include:

• Find My Bag — sourcing a specific bag based on a photo or link you provide
• Start Your Bag Brand — OEM private label handbag manufacturing from 50 units

All services are subject to availability, product sourcing feasibility, and confirmation by our team. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding order or payment obligation.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are indicative and valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon order acceptance. Drop That Bag reserves the right to adjust pricing based on material costs, sourcing availability, or shipping conditions.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment terms are communicated at the time of quote. We currently process payments via Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Drop That Bag is not liable for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the client upon handover to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our sourcing and manufacturing service, we do not accept returns unless the product is materially different from the approved sample or quote. Any quality disputes must be raised within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on dropthatbag.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of DTB Holdings and may not be reproduced without written permission. If you submit a logo or design for OEM manufacturing, you confirm you hold the rights to that intellectual property and grant us a limited licence to use it solely for production purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTB Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
