These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of dropthatbag.com and the purchase of products offered by DTB Holdings SASU. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drop That Bag website located at dropthatbag.com ("Site") and the purchase of products offered by DTB Holdings SASU ("DTB," "we," "us," or "our"), a French company incorporated under the laws of France (SIREN 103 658 712), with its registered office at 28 Avenue Rivièra, 06500 Menton, France.

By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place any order.

1.1 Professional Use Declaration

Drop That Bag is primarily designed for content creators, resellers, and business professionals purchasing products for commercial or resale purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of this commercial orientation. Where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations (including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU) apply to verified individual consumers.

2. Products & Pricing

2.1 Product Availability

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. DTB reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly due to the nature of sourcing and manufacturing.

2.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes (HT). VAT may apply on orders shipped to EU countries, calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Customers outside the EU are not subject to French VAT. DTB reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

2.3 OEM / Private Label Orders

Orders of 50 units or more ("Start Your Bag Brand" / OEM) are subject to a separate production agreement. OEM orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of order confirmation. Customized OEM products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Production timelines for OEM orders are communicated at order confirmation and may range from 20 to 45 business days.

3. Order Process

Orders placed on the Site constitute an offer to purchase. DTB reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. DTB is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.

4. Payment

DTB accepts payment via Stripe and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. DTB does not store payment card details. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. For OEM orders, a 50% deposit is due at order placement and the remaining balance is due before shipment.

5. Intellectual Property & Authenticity

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and brand elements, is the property of DTB Holdings SASU or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from DTB.

All products sold on dropthatbag.com are original designs sourced from verified manufacturers. DTB does not sell counterfeit, replica, or imitation goods. DTB is not affiliated with any luxury brand or designer house. For full details, see our Intellectual Property & Authenticity Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DTB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. DTB's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nice, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
