1. Our Commitment to Authenticity

Drop That Bag (DTB Holdings SASU) is committed to selling only original, legitimately manufactured products. All products sold on dropthatbag.com are original creations sourced directly from verified manufacturers. DTB does not sell, market, promote, or facilitate the sale of counterfeit goods, replicas, or any products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

DTB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any luxury brand, designer house, or premium fashion label. Our products are independent original designs and are not represented as being associated with any third-party brand.

2. No Counterfeit or Replica Products

DTB strictly prohibits the listing, sale, or promotion of:

• Counterfeit products — items bearing unauthorized reproductions of registered trademarks
• Replica products — items designed to imitate or copy branded goods
• Products marketed as "inspired by," "dupe," "AAA quality," or equivalent terminology implying imitation of branded goods
• Products bearing logos, brand names, or trade dress belonging to third parties without authorization

Any product found to violate this policy will be immediately removed from the Site. Orders for such products will be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Manufacturer Compliance

DTB works exclusively with manufacturers who represent and warrant that their products do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Our supply chain agreements require manufacturers to confirm the originality of all products supplied to DTB. DTB conducts due diligence on all products before listing them on the Site.

4. DTB Own Intellectual Property

The Drop That Bag brand, logo, website content, product descriptions, images, and all other materials published on dropthatbag.com are the exclusive property of DTB Holdings SASU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of DTB's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights

DTB respects the intellectual property rights of all third parties. If you believe that any content or product listed on dropthatbag.com infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately using the procedure described in Section 6 below. DTB will investigate all valid IP infringement claims promptly and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content, within 48 hours of receiving a valid notice.

6. Notice and Takedown Procedure (DMCA-equivalent)

DTB Holdings SASU operates as a French entity subject to French and EU intellectual property law. The procedure below is modeled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) framework and applicable to international rights holders.

To submit an intellectual property infringement notice, please provide the following information in writing to hello@dropthatbag.com:

• Your full name, company name, and contact information
• A description of the intellectual property right you claim has been infringed
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on dropthatbag.com
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

DTB will acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 48 hours and take appropriate remedial action within 5 business days.

7. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to hello@dropthatbag.com. DTB will review counter-notices in accordance with applicable law and restore content where appropriate.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Any user found to have repeatedly infringed third-party intellectual property rights will have their account permanently terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by French law and applicable EU regulations including Directive 2004/48/EC on the enforcement of intellectual property rights. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nice, France.
